I want a website, how much will it cost?
I try to be up front about my prices, and generally work on a fixed price basis once we have agreed the work you require. But I do need to discuss your needs with you before I can tell what will be involved.

I feel totally non-technical, will I understand what I'm buying?
If you buy space in a paper publication you don't need to know how a printing press works. You are really buying the means to get your message across to your audience. I will explain as much or as little of the technicalities as you like, but in the end you will judge the results and not the technology.
